Our core supports are made of EPS Polystyrene, which during the casting process completely evaporates due to the hot aluminium. As a result, the core support is replaced by the liquid metal. The result is a homogenous casting of absolute tightness and quality.
Due to the very thin coating with our special adhesive, the core support can be fixed quickly and effortlessly, ensuring a secure position of the core.
Our core supports have already proven themselves millions of times in production with numerous customers.
