We would like to show you the outstanding advantages of our self-adhesive core supports for aluminum sand casting as well as its properties and present our wide product range to it.

Our core supports are made from the material EPS Polystyrene, which during the casting process will completely evaporate due to the hot aluminum, replacing the position of the support with the liquid metal. The result is a homogenous casting of absolute tightness and high quality.
Due to the very thin coating with our special adhesive, the core support can be fixed quickly and easily and therefore create a secure position of the core.
The use of our core supports has already proven itself millions of times in the manufacture of many customers.
We produce the EPS core supports as a cylindrical shape in different diameters and lengths and coated with our special adhesive.
