Release agent for the production of moulds and cores, waxy

Description:

TMS8 is a newly developed wax-containing mould release agent which has been specially developed for moulding and core making. It is very adhesive, has good gliding properties and forms a tough, supple release film. TMS8 has a very high separation reserve and is also suitable for older core boxes.

Range of application:

TMS8 is especially designed for:

  • furan resin coated sands
  • phenolic resin coated sands
  • and similar processes.

TMS8 is silicone-free!

Application:

TMS8 is used undiluted. The release agent should be applied thinly and evenly by hand or a spray system. Make sure that all areas of the core boxes and models are thin moistened by the release agent.

Storage:

The containers should be stored dry and frost-free. Avoid direct sunlight.
Storage stability: min. 6 months
