Description:

TMDW8 is a newly developed, high-quality water-based mould release agent. It is concentrated and was specially developed for modern non-ferrous die casting. It is suitable for aluminium, zinc and magnesium alloys. The finished parts are easy to demould and have an exceptionally even surface. If used correctly, safe casting without build-up of release agents on the tools is possible. TMDW8 is silicone-free!
TMDW8 is physiologically harmless and meets high standards in terms of occupational safety, environmental protection and legal requirements.

Application:

TMDW8 is diluted with water. A dosing pump is recommended for dilution. The dilution ratio depends on the degree of difficulty of the castings. As an initial dilution 1:60 is recommended, after an appropriate start-up time dilutions up to 1:100 are possible. The release agent should be applied evenly. Ensure that all areas of the tools are well moistened by the release agent.

Cleaning:

The castings and machines can be cleaned with commercially available alkaline cleaners.

Storage:

The containers should be stored dry and frost-free. Avoid direct sunlight.
Storage stability: min. 6 months

25kg hobbock, 200kg barrel and 850kg IBC
