Release agent for the production of moulds and cores

Description:

TMS9 is a newly developed mould release agent specially developed for the foundry industry. It is very adhesive, has good sliding properties and has an extraordinarily high separation reserve. In general, multiple forming is possible.
TMS9 contains silicone.

TMS9 is designed for the demoulding of

  • COLD-BOX,

  • ECOLOTEC,
  • BETA-SET,
  • RED-SET

and similar processes.

Application:

TMS9 is used undiluted. The release agent should be applied evenly by hand or a spray system. Make sure that all areas of the models and core boxes are moistened by the release agent.

Storage:

The containers should be stored dry and frost-free. Avoid direct sunlight.
Storage stability: min. 6 months
