Pferd Polinox grinding tools, shank dia. 6 mm

POLINOX fine grinding wheels can be used to process almost all materials. The tools are predominantly used to achieve special surface effects and for cleaning work.

1) Type PNL: The abrasive fleece of this grinding wheel is lamellar, radially arranged. The tool finds its primary field of application for surface treatment. The lamellas are very tightly packed, thus ensuring a long service life is achieved.

2) Type PNL-SiC: This type is very suitable for fine grinding and matting of non-ferrous metals and stainless steels, for the fine deburring of pre-machined aluminium and for machining of lacquers and coatings.

3) Type PNR: The abrasive fleece is arranged in circular blanks one above the other.
Da sie einzelnen Vliesronden untereinander nicht verbunden sind, ist eine gute Anpassung an Konturen, z.B. bei der Bearbeitung von Profilen und Rohren möglich.

4) Type PNZ: The fleece material is arranged radially, i.e. in lamellar form, whereby there is an abrasive cloth between each of the flaps. This arrangement allows an increased material removal, at the same time the surface receives a coarser micrograph
