Pseudo-Vents

Pseudo vents have been developed in close cooperation with experienced model and mould makers and enable the setting of the of vent openings already during the production of the core box before the application of resin. The subsequent drilling in the finished core box is omitted.

Up to 80% working time savings
Costs for previously required tools can be saved
The vents can be placed at the optimum location for use
The pseudo-vent is delivered with 2/10 undersize, to ensure a tight fit of the "correct" vent
The screw-in screw serves for easy extraction of the pseudo-vent after resin application
